No. We don't take deposits on standard roofing work. You pay when the job is finished and you're happy with it. For very large projects with significant material costs we'll sometimes ask for a materials payment on delivery — but always agreed in writing first.

Every new roof and major repair comes with a written 10-year workmanship guarantee. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties (typically 25-50 years depending on what's used).

Yes — we regularly produce detailed reports and photo evidence for insurance work after storms or fire damage. We can deal directly with loss adjusters if that helps.
